Nuclear medical kidney diagnostics are used to visualize the blood flow, various kidney functions and urinary outflow.
Schilddrüsenerkrankungen
Nuclear medicine mainly offers a thyroid consultation, which holds all technical examinations as well as blood analysis for thyroid diagnostics in addition to the consultation.

Luftnot, Druckgefühl oder Schmerzen in der Brust können auf Engstellen in den Herzkranzgefäßen hinweisen. Doch nicht jeder Patient benötigt einen Stent oder eine Bypass-Operation. Eine Myokard-Szintigrafie kann in einer halben Stunde klären, ob der Herzmuskel in Gefahr ist. Dennoch wird die Standarduntersuchung in Deutschland zu selten durchgeführt, stellt der Berufsverband Deutscher Nuklearmediziner e.V. (BDN) fest. Was Patienten wissen müssen und welche Fortschritte es bei dieser bildgebenden Herzdiagnostik gibt, erläutern Experten auf einer Pressekonferenz anlässlich der 48. Jahrestagung des BDN in Berlin.
In dieser Jahreszeit machen sich wieder vermehrt Schilddrüsenentzündungen bemerkbar, auch Hashimoto-Thyreoiditis genannt. Anzeichen für die Autoimmunerkrankung sind vor allem Erschöpfung, Antriebslosigkeit und Gewichtszunahme. „Wer unter solchen Symptomen leidet, sollte nicht nur an Frühjahrsmüdigkeit denken, sondern immer auch eine Schilddrüsenerkrankung in Erwägung ziehen“, sagt Professor Dr. med. Detlef Moka, Vorsitzender des Berufsverbandes Deutscher Nuklearmediziner e.V. (BDN). Die Diagnose kann jeder Nuklearmediziner mittels Ultraschalluntersuchung und Bluttest stellen. Zur Therapie nimmt der Patient täglich Schilddrüsenhormone in Form einer Tablette ein.
Unsere Praxis bietet das gesamte Spektrum der nuklearmedizinischen Untersuchungsverfahren mit modernsten medizintechnischen Geräten. Hierzu gehören z.B. die Knochenszintigraphie, die Herzszintigraphie, die komplette Abklärung des Schilddrüsenstatus und die PET/CT.
